V1 High Performance Ventilated Pilot Hat

Ventilated pilot cap that improves headset seal and comfort

Whether you’re logging hours under a blazing sun or preflighting in a crosswind, comfort matters. These high performance ventilated hats were designed from the ramp up — with the practical needs of general aviation pilots in mind.

Each cap features an unstructured medium profile and is built from durable ripstop polyester, offering lightweight resilience without losing shape over time. The perforated side panels provide all-around ventilation comparable to mesh-back hats — keeping you cool on the ramp, in the hangar, or during long cross-country legs.
But the standout? A low-profile perforated insert panel around the ears, specifically engineered to improve ANR headset ear cup seal. That means better noise attenuation and more consistent comfort—even on long flights.

– Top-button free — no pressure point under your headset

– Velcro strap closure with an elastic base — snug, custom fit for most head sizes

– Flight-tested materials — ready for repeated wear in demanding environments

Whether you’re in the pattern or pushing 10,000 feet, this is the cap designed to work with your headset, not against it.
